How can I find out only required Majalis Components easily?

We recommend "Custom Selection" option to get a short and only required list of components, No lengthy and unnecessary lists. First you need to click on custom selection radio button, then press the required Majalis component button (for example Speech, Noha, or Ziarat). A ser-friendly wizard will start, which will guide you for the selection of Majalis components.

a) Quick Selection
At the moment it is the default setting for Hadees-e-Kisa and Ziarat. When you press Hadees-e-Kisa or Ziarat button, no wizard will start. All existing entries of Hadees-e-Kisa or Ziarat will be displayed one page at a time.

b) Custom Selection
This option is available for Mona'jaat, Man'qabat, Salam, Souz, Mersiya, Ruba'ee, Speech and Noha. You should press the required majalis component button. A user-friendly wizard will start, which will let you choose some of the basic criteria for majalis components. The wizard pages will run in the following order:

Wizard's First Page: Gender
First decide that which gender you would like to access. There are three options:
1) Both 2) Male 3) Female
By default "Both" is selected, It means that we will display the list of all male and female performers for the selected component.

Wizard's Second Page: Language
Second page of wizard asks for the language in which you would like to get the list. Only the available languages for THAT component+gender will be displayed in combo box. By default "ALL" is selected.

Wizard's Third Page: Country
This page lets you to select the country where the components were performed. REMEMBER that this country does not mean the country from which performer belongs, for example, Moulana Sadiq Hasan belongs to Pakistan BUT he has delivered speeches in Pakistan, UAE, UK, etc. If you select UK in country, then only those majalis will be displayed that were performed in UK only.
Thereofre we have "ALL" in default setting and we recommend to use it.

Wizard's Fourth Page
This page has three main options, but you must have to select ONLY ONE option, otherwise an error message will be displayed.
You must select EITHER Topic, OR Author, OR Speaker

Each of the combo box will have the list of available Gender+Language+Country.

SPECIAL NOTE: We are extremely sorry for many "omissions" and "unknown to us" entries, specifically in author field. We tried our best to identify the names of actual authors ( of Mersiya, Salam, Noha, etc.), but we were not 100% successful or sure for many entries. We apologies for any inconvenience in this regard. Please tell us at Feedback@ImamBargah.com for any information that we don't have.

TIP: If you did not see your required author, then try to use "unknown to us" option in author combo box. You may identify your author by his work (for example the first line of Stanza).

In any way, When you press next button, a list of selected Gender+Language+Country+Topic(or Author or Speaker) will be displayed. This list can contain upto 25 entries. If your query returns more than 25 entries then you have to move between pages of list by Next and Previous buttons available at the bottom of list.
Here you can either listen/watch online or download for later listening. Click on the required icon.

REMEMBER that online listening may be disturbed by various factors including speed of your computer, baud rate of your MODEM, number of open browsers in your computer, services of your telecommunication company, performance of your ISP, Backbone connection of your ISP, and high traffic in our server.

Can I get the entire list of "Nohas" available on ImamBargah.com?

Yes, you should select "ALL" option in all wizards. All existing entries of the selected Majalis component will be displayed one page at a time. Anyone can use it to see all available entries of the selected component. Remember that you may have to see a number of page because we may have hundreds of entries specially in Noha component.

I want to upload my Majalis. Will you accept it?

Yes, we may accept all types of Majalis Components from around the world in any language or in any form, However, It must be acceptable for our large common audience. Unfortunately, we are not in a position to accept it directly on our server, but we may arrange alternatives to take it from you. Why the Photographs are not printed in good quality?

Even though our photographs are sufficiently good on monitor, but may not produce good printouts, because they are scanned at very low resolution, from 72dpi - 300dpi, depending on the quality and size of original photograph. Main reason to scan at low resolution is limited webspace to store these photographs. We may increase their resolution when will have more webspace in future. However, you may request us at <info@ImamBargah.com> to obtain any particular photograph in a better quality, we may arrange to send it to you via email.

How long the email accounts created at ImamBargah.com will remain active?

Currently we have not set any expiration period, you can enjoy it forever, but you must have to access it frequently which is our main concern. If you are not accessing your email account for more than 60 days, it seems that either you have no usage or not preferring this account. In this case we may send you a reminder email asking you to use it frequently or cancel the account by yourself. We will not terminate your account by ourselves unless you violate our general rules set for "free email service", which you have to agree before creation of free email account.

We belong to a Noha Anjuman, can we use FREE email for commercial purposes?

Yes, we have no restrictions to the use of our free email service. No body at ImamBargah.com has the rights to watch or trace your emails. They are 100% your own property and only YOU have the rights to access it in any way or by any means. You can use it freely for any legal purpose, however, you are strictly prohibited to use it for any unlawful activity.

I need three free email accounts, do you allow it?

Yes, anyone can create any number of free email accounts at ImamBargah.com, the only restriction is to use it frequently. We highly appreciate you to create and use multiple accounts.

Why there is some silence in the middle of speech?

We have recorded most of majalis from audio cassttes, which have 30/45 minutes on each side. A little bit silence (a coulpe of seconds) may left when we tried to pause recording to change the cassette side. If you experience more than a couple of seconds silence, please let us know to remove it.

Why some of the majalis do not include complete Masaib?

Only few majalis do not include Masaib or incomplete Masaib. It is because of 60/90 minutes cassttes, while speech lasts more than this time. Most of the majalis are not recorded on cassettes by us. Usually cassette libraries, amatures or un-trained persons record these majalis who had only one cassette at that time. Therefore the majlis beyound the cassette time was not recorded.

Why many of the majalis components are in poor quality?

Some of our majalis components are very old that were originally recoreded on magnetic tape spools and now they have been converted into audio cassettes. The sound quality is not sufficiently good, but we have no other option to improve the quality.
Other reasons of poor sound quality for current majalis components are the recording by amature, inexperienced persons who have no ideas of quality recordings, environmental recording factors, other voices, some times very poor tape recorders were used for online recordings, used audio cassettes were re-used for reocrdings by these persons, we were not able to obtain master cassettes and used copies, etc. etc.
Certainly, we can not do any thing for these situations. However we are using the latest audio processing equipment to reduce the noise and un-wanted frequencies, but agian it is not possible to eliminate all disturbing frequencies because they will also affect the voice of the person.

Can I improve the sound quality at my side?

Yes, you can improve sound quality by using any latest audio player software that supports real media files. Usually these software have several features that can enhance the sound quality such as equalizer functions, pre-defined equalizer settings, increasing pre-gain, decreasing disturbing frequencies, etc. Some times you may get better sound when you turn off the sound enhancing features (equalizer) of your software.

I accessed your Noha Component, but I can not find Nadeem Sarwer.

It is not possible, we have a number of his components. The most probably you were searching his name in "Noha Anjuman/Sahib-e-Bayaz(speaker)" option at fourth page of wizard, and you were not having his name in Alphabetic ascending order. In fact his name is availale within paranthesis of his Anjuman name "Gulzar-e-Haidery". As a general rule, we have made all the entries by Anjuman Name not by the speaker name. We are sorry for any inconveniece in this regard, but we may not change this rule at the moment.
